Xampp not working

Hello friends please help me out. I tried to run my xampp control panel with admin rights but it keeps giving me this error;
Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

3:05:59 PM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check

Please help me. I logged in with admin right. Thanks.
