I can't upload a database

I want to upload a database with more than 2,048KB, this is the number puts in phpmyadmin the maximum, and I can't upload my database.

I have 3.2.1. verion of xampp

How can I do this task ?

Edit php.ini and increase the value of max_upload_size, then restart Apache.
