Reinstalled XAMPP for WORDPRESS

Hello Friends, I NEED HELP FROM YOU,
First of all i would like to say that I am not expert in software.
6 month ago I had installed XAMPP 5.6.3, and WORDPRESS 4.1.1 on my laptop win-7 to make a webpage,
being illiterate on XAMPP and WORDPRESS, with help of VIDEO TUTORIAL, I managed to build my webpage (includes 40 pages and posts) absoluteknowledge.in(domain purchaged from Godaddy).
I have a router with internet connection.
Always I open my page like this -http://192.168.5.103/absoluteknowledge.in/wp-admin
now I have left that place and I am using Tataphoton WIMAX (no router)
I am unable to open my webpage. I dont know how to change the IP or local host.
I have copied the total FOLDER XAMPP in drive C of my laptop and put it on DESKTOP
I have already uninstalled XAMPP from my system and REINSTALLED it. (I have the old folder XAMPP (including all wordpress data)
I request all of you to please help me in this matter, my honest request who ever wants to help me please help me with STEP by STEP instruction as i am not so expert to understand your software language. For further clarification please write me chinmaya_mot@yahoo.com.
