How to run Xampp on home network

Hello everyone

I want ask for a help in run xampp version 1.8.1 on home network (3 or more connected computers). Host computer is Windows XP Professional SP3. On other computers there are different operating systems. My target is to run website on this network (Joomla! 2.5). I didn't before run Joomla! on home network.

I have read some articles and forums but I can't ges solution.
I don't have installed Skype (port 80 is empty).
I tried to put in file httpd.conf (line under "#Listen 0.0.0.0:80") ip adress (I have dynamic).
Apache and mysql doesn't work. Message after trying run them:

12:08:03 [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
12:08:03 [Apache] Check the "/xampp/apache/logs/error.log" file
12:08:03 [Apache] and the Windows Event Viewer for more clues

12:15:23 [Apache] Status change detected: stopped
12:15:23 [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

I ask for a help. My target is to run in any environment Joomla! 2.5 website and limit is Windows XP Professional SP3. This doesn't have to be Xampp - but I tried it first.

full (entire) control panel log entries?
response of the apache_start.bat script?
Apache error.log contents?
mysql_error.log contents?
