phpmyadmin startet nur mit Admin-Rechten (Win)

hello
howthe xampp make run as in admin i am new to this field. please help me actually i installed the xamp but its apache only is working.
error messsage shows as when mysql starting
"11:49:32 AM [mysql] Attempting to start MySQL service...
11:49:32 AM [mysql] Executing "net start "mysql""
11:49:32 AM [mysql] Return code: 0"
how to solve this issue.?

assuming xampp is installed to C:\xampp, try uninstalling mysql as a service and see if it runs not as a service. IF it doesn't, repost the error logs
