Bitte das Apache Errorlog hier posten. Hört sich aber an wie wenn du bereits was auf Port 80 laufen hast (Skype, IIS etc.)

In dem Log das du gepostet hast scheint der Apache für 8 Minuten gelaufen zu sein und dann wurde er per Befehl beendet. Ich kann da keinen zusammenhang mit dem Fehler aus dem Control-Panel sehen.
