How to change the default webpage of apache on Xampp?

Hello,

I have search on the httpd.conf file but I haven't find anything. Here goes my situation:

At the moment, you enter to the webpage like this: www.mydomain.com/tolan (because of the DNS of the Domain Controller).

My intention is the next, to enter directly into "tolan" by only tipping www.mydomain.com

I'm searching on the wrong file? Or if correct, which line should I look for?

XAMPP is on a Windows 7 machine.
