Accessing Xampp server on multiple computers on same network

I was able to access my xampp server on one computer on another using the lcoal ipaddress, but Websites I have running on the webserver show up broken on another computer because of the url path. CSS and image files show broken links.

For example, a website on my xampp server is at:

http://localhost/website/

When I use the ipaddress on the other computer such as:

http://242.121.1.6/website/

The css and images are broken because they're using localhost as the url path. What's the solution? Should I use the local ipaddress of the computer with the XAMPP server as the path for images and css?
