XAMPP deny access from LAN network

I'm using XAMPP (MAC) on a LAN network, seems like everyone on the same network can access my localhost through my ip address.

192.168.1.x/folder_name

How do I prevent this? Where can I set the permission to deny access from LAN network to all my folders on my XAMPP? I tried changing the httpd.conf from the XAMPP control panel, no luck. I'm using the latest XAMPP 5.5.19.

Please help!
