The above error appears whenever i am clicking my admin tab in Xampp Control panel.

I don't think it should appear as I click my Admin tab in xampp control panel.

How to know whether my apache and mysql are running perfectly.?

I don't Know this error Page for Apache but for IIS.
So very common you have an IIS Server running on that port

But if you could not start Apache, the Admin button should normally not be disabled.
