Objekt nicht gefunden - Error 404

Hilfe.... Ich nutze xamp 1.8.2. Habe versucht eine sql-Datei hochzuladen und contao zu installieren. Seit dem komme ich nicht mehr auf die localhost/xampp seite.
Ich hoffe sehr, im muss xampp nicht neu installieren. Folgende Infos gibt die error-log:

Was heißt das genau? "Hochladen" verbinde ich mit Rechnern, die nicht zu Hause unterm Schreibtisch stehen.

Seit dem komme ich nicht mehr auf die localhost/xampp seite.

1) Bitte bitte die vollständige Meldung, die der Browser anzeigt. "Komme ich nicht" gibt es nicht als Meldung.
2) "localhost" ist ja der eigene Rechner (eben der unter dem Schreibtisch). Wie muss man das im Zusammenhang mit oben verstehen? Was heißt da "hochladen"?
