winows xampp error

am getting this error, can some one tell me how i fix it,the mySQL is working but apache is not working it gives me this error,,some 1 please help me,

I guess is missing Microsoft Visual C++ and download and install the Microsoft Download Center.

If you haven't already, ensure that port 80 isn't being used by Skype or any other program.
