Xampp and backup to dropbox error

First I am a NewBie, so please help!

I get this error message when I try to make a remote backup destination with backupbuddy.

Error #8778656: Dropbox error. Details: `The Dropbox SDK uses 64-bit integers, but it looks like we're running on a version of PHP that doesn't support 64-bit integers (PHP_INT_MAX=2147483647). Library: "C:\xampp\htdocs\localdev.svendborgvinduer.dk\wp-content\plugins\backupbuddy\destinations\dropbox2\lib\Dropbox\RequestUtil.php"

I am running a newly installed Win 7 Pro, 64Bit with Xampp 1.8.3 / PHP 5.5.11.

After sending information and logfiles to Ithemes(Backupbuddy) they claim that It's because the xampp is a 32bit install and the only solution is to get at 64Bit installer, which I do not find on apachefriends.org.

I have had Xampp 1.8.1 running on win7Pro 64 Bit on this machine for at least the last year, but after a reinstall this happens.
I have downloaded Xampp from www.apachefriends.org as i always have, that why I dont understand if it's not working now.

Is there a 64Bit installer?
