That is the problem with user provided extensions...
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)

Do you know of a place one could upload such files for a mor permanent link?

Also, all the information above could be used as a How to do it yourself.
