javascript and jquery and php form validation not working

Postby BBone1 » 27. February 2014 02:46

I had uninstalled xampp and then reinstalled it again. I can really remember why at this point.
When starting with the xampp control panel there was this you are not running with administration rights it will work in most cases but as a service something might break etc.
Searching and so on I found I have administration rights and trying things to be sure yet still that was in the control panel.
I found by right clicking the control and selecting run as administrator the control box opens and says you have administration rights good.
during all of this I found that javascript and jquery wasn't working and all was before. This also includes the php form validation.
I have had errors in the apache log over the time such as
RSA certificate configured for www.example.com 443 does NOT include an ID which does not matches the server name.
Parent ; created child process 6120
Child starting 150 worker threads.
Just before when starting apache I got these errors in the log.
RSA certificate(as is above)
pid file c:/xampp/apache/logs http.pid overwritten unclean shut down of previous Apache run
RSA certificate(again as above)
Apache /2.4.7/(win32) open ssl/1.0.1e php 5.5.6 configured--running normal operations
Apache lounge VC111 server built : nov 21 2013 20:13:01
Command line:'C:\\xampp\\apache\\bin\\http:exe-d C:/xampp/apache'
Parent: created child process 6120
RSA (again)
RSA(again)
Child starting 150 worker threads
Searching and conclusions were like is there anything in port 80 such as skp and the answer is no.
It is linking to the external javascript file and the php validation is on the same html page.
I did read that it is possible that when uninstalling that someting may still be there in port 80 but there was not a lot of information.
I am a new be at this and I appreciate your time and consideration and thanks so much

Wow, so much words for so less precise information.

JavsScript is running on Client side. Apache and PHP does not touch this unless you are using PHP control functions to manipulate that part of code.
So very common this is not a XAMPP problem but a problem with your code or browser.

All normal.
Why the hell don't you simply copy the full log messages?

And you don't show us the sourcecode of that file, clever.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)
