Problem in "Apache" & "Tomcat"

Hello,
I'm a new user of XAMPP. Today I've installed xampp 1.8.3 in my windows 8.1 pro x64 pc. It has installed succesfully in my "F" drive. After installation I've double clicked on "xampp_start.exe". When the window disappears, I double clicked on "xampp-control.exe". Here in the control panel I can start all of the functions except "Apache" & "Tomcat". I've restarted my pc again & again to get rid of this problem. But the problem still remains.
Someone please help to start those (apache & tomcat) options.

PM 01.04.34 [Tomcat] Port 8080 in use by "C:\Users\Tanjib Islam\Desktop\gp\1 SimpleServer.exe"!

You are running Simpleserver which already uses Port 8080. That's why Tomcat cannot start. Exit SimpleServer and Tomcat should start just fine.

Apache can also be related to SimpleServer, but can also be something else.

Tomacat starts after closing simple server. but still apache doesn't start. how can I view & disable apps that use port 80!

That depends on the software which is capturing port 80.
We don't have any information about the installed software on your system.
