Changing Document Root causes Access Forbidden

Postby ryanzor » 14. February 2014 15:36

I tried the suggestions here: http://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?t=3586&highlight=directory and in a few other places to change the root directory of my xampp install to not be htdocs. Whenever I do change it I get Access Forbidden. I've tried changing the parameters in the directory as was suggested elsewhere to something like Require all granted, but this just resulted in a server error.

Any help is appeciated.

If you don't provide us detailed information which setting you change to which value in which file and getting which unedited full error message we will not be able to provide proper help

=> [FGA] Insufficient debug information
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!
