Problem with Apache.

Hi I am having a problem when trying to use apache:

I don't know how to fix this ive opened port 80 I think but it didn't do anything can someone help me I looked for the past 2 hours for fixes but I don't wanna break anything.

white spaces and squared brackets in the path and XAMPP installed on a users desktop?
Uninstall XAMPP and reinstall it at the recommend path c:\xampp\

Thank you so much I was going off a video and didn't tell me where to put it so I put it on the desktop now I copied it into the folder needed thank you altrea for your help
