can't get apache to work

can't get apache to work

on windows 7 right clicked to install as admin.
tried all sorts of changing ports to no avail.
See log here--please help!

i got this info by running command prompt--but it means nothing to me:
tgp 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0 listening 4296
tgp 0.0.0.0:443 0.0.0.0 listening 4296

and picked 77 and 300
ok for now

recommend solution is not to change the Apache ports but to find out which process is using them and change this process.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)
