Problems with the Windows version of XAMPP, questions, comments, and anything related.

How can I link directly to my site without having to enter a directory. For example I want to access my site using the URL: www.mysite.com but when I do this I get the message:
Access forbidden!
New XAMPP security concept:
Access to the requested object is only available from the local network.
This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf".
How do I configure safely to access my site from outside without having to enter a directory in the URL. I want it to redirect me from www.mysite.com to www.mysite.com/mywebsite

XAMPP is not configured or supported for live, production or public accessible environments.
To use different domain names for separated webapplications
name based virtual hosts are the way to go.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer! It's like porn for programmers
