Findest du deinen Beitrags-Betreff aussagekräftig? Er sagt rein garnichts über den Inhalt aus. Jemand der nach diesem Problem im Betreff suchen würde, würde deinen Beitrag nicht finden.

Hast du MySQL auf einer Festplatte >2TB installiert?
Workaround 1 kann hier helfen.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem bei mir startet das MySQL nicht, ich habe die neuste Version installiert von xampp und auch schon probiert mit Firewall ausschalten und Portweiterleitung nichts hat gebraccht. Wer kann mir Helfen.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit meinem Auto. Das habe ich aufgetankt und die Batterie geladen, aber es hat nichts gebaucht. Kannst Du das sagen, warum das Auto nicht fährt?
