Apache with new Xampp not starting

I am quite new to php and xampp. Due to missing root rights on my previous xampp servers and a recovered version of my hard disc I unistalled an old version of xampp and reinstalled the lasted versions of xampp and bitnami. MySQL I got finally started after three times uninstall and install. But the other two servers the Apache and the ProFTPD are never turn green. When installing bitnami wordpress I got two notices or error messages Fehler beim Andern der Berechtigungen nach 040755 and once more to 00644 error when changing rights to the above mentioned numbers... I wonder if all this has to do with a not clean uninstall or the new OS? I did use after several trials also app cleaner and believe that I got it as clean as possible.. As I am in the process to make my first Wordpress cms site I am quite lost with this problem. Thanks Pari MK
