Xammp mysql port blocked

I got xampp and created a MySQL. I had to delete the xampp folder. Now that I regot it when I try to start MySQL it says that the port 3306 is blocked. Can anyone help me unblock this port? Thanks!

Did you try to restart your computer? sometimes ports are blocked by ghost processes of already deleted programs.
Did you try to find out which process is using this port with the netstat mask of the xampp control panel?

I did restart the computer and it didn't work. And my mysqld.exe is using the port
