Xampp PHP warning

Hi, I have a problem with my web server, my PHP script has to upload a lot of files and after a certain amount of data I get a "Warning: file_put_contents(): Filename cannot be empty" error. With my PHP code is nothing wrong, it just stops working so it has to do something with the server.
