Tablenames need to change in config.inc.php for relations?

I am running 1.8.2 and trying to install the linked-tables infrastructure.

In upgrade_tables-mysql_4_1_2+.sql, there is a comment that says "Please don't forget to set up tablesnames in config.inc.php."

The only tables names I see in there are those under Advanced phpMyAdmin features, and they look fine to me.

Am I missing something?
