ask. apache dont want running

hello all..
my os windows 8.1 i've add Microsoft C++ 2008 32 bit runtime n install working fine.

i run XAMPP Windows 1.8.3-1 with this link http://www.apachefriends.org/download.php?xampp-win32-1.8.3-1-VC11-installer.exe
i have problem when to start apache.. there is not start when i click..


please tell me how to running it? #pleaseyourhelp

We need the entire contents of the XAMPP control penel log window (which you can see at the bottom of your screenshot).

here sir, the logs is null / zero, nothing show anything at notepads..

Port 80 and 443 needs to be free to successful start Apache.

Here is a list of programs known for blocking port 80 with PID 4:

only skype i use confilcted with xampp.
but now skype is not running, i switch off it just installed.
so what i must to do now sir?
uninstall skype or what something else?

windows 8.1 only support with xampp 1.8.0
