Imagemagick not accessible through other PCs

Until recently the Imagemaick i had installed in one of my PCs (PC A) was accessible through other PCs (PC B) connected on the same network through LAN.
I could run PHP files on the browser of PC B by running it through PC A. Suddenly this has stopped working. The browser reads the PHP files as plain text. Could someone please tell me what the problem might be?
