Change perl path to /usr/bin/perl

Environment, ubuntu 13.10, xampp 1.8.3-1

Hi all, with normal installed apache (apt-get install apache2), I am able to get Net::SSLeay work with cgiproxy.
When I use xampp,Net::SSLeay will not work, How can I change path to /usr/bin/perl, instead of /opt/lampp/bin/perl (I guess).

PS: change the path in the cgiproxy script dosen not work.
I reckon it need to be changed from configure file, but not sure where and how.
