Apache Fehler beim Starten

Hallo,
habe mir eben die neuste Version von XAMPP geladen und wollte Apache starten.
Folgende Fehlermeldung kam:

Würde mich über Hilfe sehr freuen!

hast du dir die Hinweise auch durchgelesen? Da steht doch alles drin:
Controlpanel nicht mit Adminrechten gestartet
Port 80 wird von skype genutzt (skype stoppen und umkonfigurieren oder ausgeschaltet lassen)

Das mit Admin hab ich vestanden, jedoch weiß ich nicht, wie ich Skype umkonfiguriere.

Problem gelöst.
Jedoch kommt jetzt, wenn ich den Service bei FileZilla aktivieren will, folgender Fehler:

Meistens ist es Skype oder Microsoft IIS. Du siehst ja hier in der ersten Meldung einen ausführlichen Screenshot, so etwas zeigt Dein Rechner auch, da steht meistens noch mehr Information drin.
