Cloud based XAMPP

I installed XAMPP Windows 1.8.2 into my SkyDrive folder, and would like to know if anyone knows how to setup the dependent local machine files to allow for access to the MySQL, Apache, etc. that are located in the SkyDrive folder.

It would be nice to simply move from computer to computer working on the same files and database.

I do not want to simply change the htdocs path.
