TruckMMC Cache -> PHP File über Kommandozeile ausführen

Hallo ich habe ein kleines Problem:

Ich rufe per Komandozeile eine PHP File auf:

php.exe -f C:\apache\test.php

nun bekomme ich folgende Meldung:

This PHP script has been encoded
run it you must install <a href
MCache or the Turck Loader</a>

Aber eigentlich ist der Encoder installiert denn wenn ich über http://localhost die test.php aufrufe bekomme ich das gewünschte ergebnis.
