I can run websites. The MySQL and APACHE modules show green in the control panel.

FYI:
APACHE USES ports: 80, 443
MySQL uses port 3306

However, it displays the following:

In addition, when I stop APACHE, it shows error messages, as follows:

Could you try downloading and using the latest version of the XAMPP Control Panel (v3.2.1) from the link in my signature.
