Apache-Start Problem (XAMPP 1.8.2)

Hey everyone, I've used XAMPP on many other machines with older versions without any issues but when I go and install the latest version 1.8.2 and try and start Apache I get an error saying that it stopped unexpectedly so I did some digging and got a returned error of the following:

10:21:06 AM [Apache] Attempting to start Apache app...
10:21:07 AM [Apache] Status change detected: running
10:21:07 AM [Apache] Status change detected: stopped
10:21:07 AM [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
10:21:07 AM [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
10:21:07 AM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
10:21:07 AM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
10:21:07 AM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
10:21:07 AM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
10:21:07 AM [Apache] entire log window on the forums

Hi suhail,

please execute the \xampp\apache_start.bat in your Windows command line and report the response of it.

Below is the response for \xampp\apache_start.bat.

Hi Altera,

I tried to install the old XAMPP Version: 1.8.0, but again Apache not running and i am getting below message.

configure Skype to not use Ports 80 and 443.
