Adding MySQL to current installation

I currently have XAMPP 1.8.2 running on my Windows machine. I only installed Apache through the installer. Is there any way to add MySQL to this setup?

@mods if this is the wrong board, please let me know or just move the thread. I'm a bit confused by the German boards...
