Access only available from the local network through noip

Hi! I am having this problem when I try to access through noip to my pc, I've been looking for answers but I couldn't find anything that work.

Access forbidden!

New XAMPP security concept:
Access to the requested directory is only available from the local network.
This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf".

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

We don't support any "how to get XAMPP components accessible from the internet" because that is not the environment XAMPP is build for.

Sure, because that is a security element against all the beginner users giving a f*ck on warnings not to use XAMPP at such environments.

If you want to have a live online server, you should at minimum use a Stack that is tested and designed for such environments, like Zend Server 6 (free) - Link in my Signature.
