Hello,

Could you post the entire Control Panel log window contents (you will have to scroll up in the window to get all of it).

Also, could you post any errors in your Apache error log and any errors displayed from running 'apache_start.bat' in the main XAMPP directory.

Hi!
Thanks for your reply. I already provided xmapp window screensnap URL in the previous message that is http://screencast.com/t/JDLgzwqP, I couldn't understand what are your queries if you wanted any other info except the screenshot. Since I am not so techy, you had better give me a bit detail if you need something more to solve the issue.

Best Regards,

Crazy answer. You have been asked to show the upper part of the Xampp Screen (which is invisible on your screen shot) and you have been asked to show the error log. Of course, it is your decision not to do so. But you requested help, neither we.

In that case: help yourself!

That screenshot only shows a small portion of the log window. You need to right-click it > select all > right-click it again > copy > paste the contents here. You do not need to post a picture, it is just a text box.

An errors from the apache error log (/xampp/apache/logs/error.log) would be useful.

Also, if you run 'apache_start.bat' in the main XAMPP directory (while Apache is stopped in the Control Panel), does it display any errors and, if so, what are they?

Hi,

12.07.39 [Apache] Port 80 in use by "C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" with PID 3036!

Configure Skype not to use port 80 or 443.
That is a simple tick in Skypes configuration options.

best wishes,
Altrea
