AH01630: client denied by server configuration: ".htaccess"

Hi All,
I am trying a webpage siremis whenever i try to login i am getting below error in error log of apache

[client 192.168.137.7:4758] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /opt/siremis-4.0.0/siremis/.htaccess

i am using apache 2 and php 5.5.1 and mysql 5.6.12

Please let me know how to overcome this issue.

First of all: you must be accidently here, this is not an siremis board, you are here in the Xampp board (do you run Xampp?).

Anyway, your folders/files do not have sufficient rights to be read from Apache (better: the User, that runs Apache). You have to grant at leats read access for all files and folders to the User which runs Apache (this is determined by "User = ...." in httpd.conf). You must establish this not only for the files and the subfolder ./siremis, but as well for ALL FOLDERS ABOVE (i.e. /opt, /opt/siremis-4.0.0).

Finally, this is a german board, so please speak german or use the english board.
