Can't Run Apache

Hi.. I need your help!
I want to start apache in xampp version 1.8.3 but I got an error as shown belloW:

1:35:25 AM [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
1:35:25 AM [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
1:35:25 AM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
1:35:25 AM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
1:35:25 AM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues

Please help me....

That looks okay.

What is the response of executing \xampp\apache_start.bat in your Windows command line?

This is response when I execute \xampp\apache_start.bat:

httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 514 of C:/xampp/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 17 of C:/xampp/apache/conf/extra/httpd-xampp.conf: Cannot load /xampp/php/php5ts.dll into server: The specified procedure could not be found.

Okay, the issue is that Xampp 1.8.3 contains PHP 5.5 which no longer supports Windows XP.
You can still use XAMPP 1.8.2 if you want to. Otherwise you have to update your operating system.
