Xamp Control Panel Meldungen

Hallo,

habe gestern Xampp 1.82 auf Win Server 2003 installiert, mit Apache, PHP,Mysql,phpmyadmin und Tomcat.
OK.
Zuerst startet der Apache nicht. Klar. Es läuft bereits ein anderer Apche auf Port 80 und 443.
D:\Programme\xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf auf 83 und 444 geändert. Jetzt meldet das Control Panel V3.2.1 zuerst den Konflikt mit Port 80 und 443 und startet dann den Apache über 83/444.

Solange er startet ist es ok, aber warum kommt im Control Panel, im Meldungsbereich, trotzdem diese Fehlermeldung ?

Ausserdem meldet er dieses

Wie soll ich denn das verstehen ? Macht es einen Unterschied, ob in der My.ini D:\PROGRAMME oder d:\programme steht ?
