[Warning] IP address '*.*.*.*'

Hey, when I start XAMPP (SQL), I get these errors:

121212 9:28:56 [Warning] IP address '122.226.102.97' could not be resolved: No such host is known.
121212 9:39:19 [Warning] IP address '115.230.126.97' could not be resolved: No such host is known.

Would anyone happen to know why? I haven't had this issue in the past and these IPs are random and from China. Nothing related to me. I do everything locally and never open SQL ports either.
