Hi,
I run some game severs for our gaming clan. One of our servers use's some files from our website to download mods and maps for one of our game servers.
If you type in that url in a browser it will come up with the files.
Is there a way to hide the files?

It sounds like you want to turn off directory indexes? Option in .htaccess file.
