admin is not working for xampp 1.8.1-0

i am using xampp 1.8.1-0. admin button is not working for any of them. how to solve it?

Hello,
If you mean they are greyed out, that is normal (if the module is not running).
You have to start them to use the admin buttons (and since MySQL uses phpMyAdmin, Apache needs to be running for that one to work too).
