Problems with the Windows version of XAMPP, questions, comments, and anything related.

Dear all,
I've been so stupid as to drop my "phpmyadmin" database in the PHPMyAdmin panel. Now some locally hosted sites don't run anymore. So I'd like to try and restore it but I never made a backup file of it via "export". Could anyone possibly export this database and somehow provide me with a link to it?
Or is my idea just never going to work at all?
Thanks a lot,
Ruben
