i am using XAMPP for my personal phpBB forum and i have this error:
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/var/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) [2002]
An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/etc/my.cnf file is correctly configured:
socket = /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/var/mysql/mysql.sock
Normally i can resolve that by restarting XAMPP, but now it does not work anymore!
I spent hours on google trying to find a solution, but nothing!
Can anyone helps me?
