Possible Port Problems

I have apache running on one of my computers and when I go to its IP address (192.169.X.X), shows the html file located in "c:\xampp\htdocs" so I know the server is working. Problem is when I type my online IP address, it cant find anything and times out. I have my router forwarding port 80 and 443 to the computer with the server, but it doesn't work. Can anyone figure out what might be wrong?

Are you typing it from within your network? Many routers block loop back calls.

yeah, I think that is the problem. tried it on a computer off of the network and it worked just fine. Thanks.
