php and suexec (newbie question)

hello all - (first time posting in this forum)

using fcgi-bin (suexec) is it possible to have two or more users sharing one login name?

in other words, if i had "parentwebsite.com" as a username and the user "parentname.com" was authorized via suexec to run a website, could i then have a user "childwebsite_one.com" and another user "childwebsite_two.com" as usernames that have the same privilege as the user "parentname.com" ?

i notice that just having a common group does not seem to work.
