Apache missing from services list on Windows 8

Postby Ian Sweeney » 03. February 2013 03:58

I've installed XAMPP 1.8.1 on Windows 8

Apache starts and runs correctly when I click Start from the XAMPP Control Panel

I want Apache to start automatically when Windows starts.

If I click the Services button then Apache is NOT listed

All help welcome.

Hello,

Is there a green check or red X in the services column of the XAMPP Control Panel next to Apache?
