hi guys.

i'm sorry for the inconvinience cause this maybe become faq.

i try to read some of this in here http://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?p=196692&sid=69a39020661c291f3519f3c1cb1ef295 and here http://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?p=195455&sid=e9156e114245e1f3f308481b83ab731d and still doesn't work.

Did you 'copy' MySQL from one machine to another?

If you google the last two lines many results ae pointing to problems with Microsoft Visual C++ runtime.
That can have different reasons, from malware up to hardware defects.

I would do a full malware check and maybe would start with a complete reinstallation of Windows.

Full Malware check and install this http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 .
Microsoft DirectX Runtime.
