xampp not activating

hi i get this when i click start MYSQL in the "xampp control panel v 3.1.0 3.1.0
Control panel

11:02:20 [mysql] Uninstall/disable the other service manually first

what do i do?
its a fresh install on drive H there nothing on there but i get this? i did have xampplite but got rid of it deleted and rebooted it and still got this?
ive got mysql installed on the tool bar at the top? is that the trouble ?

Ive found it you just remove MYSQL it and reinstall it AND VOILLA thank you
