how to add subversion to lampp

1: I want to integrate the subversion to xampp, but has no methods to do that job. Does anyone know how to do it ?

2: What i have done:
I setup the xampp, and it can work.
Also, i setup the subversion and apache, they can work together by http form.

But the lampp and apache can not work simutanously.
When i first start lampp, and then start apache , the OS(redhat 6.1) will report:"
(98) Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
(98) Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down"

when i first start apache,and the start lampp, the OS will report:
"Another web server daemon is already running"

My xampp version is 1.8.1
apace version is 2.2.4

Does anyone know how to add subversion to the xampp. I am quite grateful if you give me a www link or some suggestions.
